These Terms and this DPA will replace the previous versions agreed between you and e-Boks unless you have a contract with e-Boks Nordic A/S explicitly stating otherwise.

The updated DPA is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

By continued use of our services the updated Terms and DPA will apply without further actions.
